Quoting Policy

We charge a $50 flat fee for quotes requested outside a 25-mile radius of Arrington, TN. This fee will be credited toward your final invoice if you choose to move forward with our contracted services. Quotes within Williamson and Rutherford Counties are free.

To help us provide a remote quote at no charge, please submit clear photos and a detailed description of your tree pruning/removal or bush hogging needs. A final quote will be confirmed after an on-site inspection.

For tree services, please include:

• Number of trees
• Location of power lines and utilities
• Access path to trees
• Proximity to physical structures
• Desired timeline for the work

For bush hogging, please include:

• Number of acres
• Any special conditions (e.g., creeks, structures, property lines)

All quotes are offered in good faith based on the information provided. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if new information or additional requests arise after the initial quote. We will notify you of any changes prior to performing any work.
